Greetings,

So, there seem to be 2 ways to go about it at this point:

- Online application - go to BSE Telangana's official memo downloading page where you will be asked to mention these things- year of passing, DOB, Hall ticket number and stream of examination and you can download the duplicate long memo from there.

Unfortunately, The online application link doesn't seem to be working right now so do search on google for the same and check for yourself

- Offline application - https://www.bse.telangana.gov.in/images/DPC_ApplForm.pdf

this is the offline application form which you'll have to fill and send on behalf of your school headmaster where you completed your 10th from and pay the required fees to get a duplicate certificate from the board itself, this will probably be sent by post.

hope it helps,

good day!
