Its sometimes creats big issues to if you are dealing with some important and large transactions and suddenly lost the reference challan slip.

But there are still some ways to retrace or get its copy again if you have some information regarding that lost challan or transactions with you.

As here you didn't mention that about which challan you are really talking about either school/college fee challan or bank challan so i just gave you a hit for both.

#for fees challans of colleges:-

1.if you had remembered the challan no.then just go and re-entre it via online systems.

2.if you remember only about your transaction id/pin then entre it to the same application link.

3.if its not been much time being the challan lost, and you didn't have any relevant information then just go to the cyber from where you had done that transaction and ask for memory recovery ,if possible.

#for bank challan:-

1.submitt your challan no./transaction id/application no. for recovery of lost challan

2.if you didn't have any of these,then go and talk with bank manager of your branch to resolve this issue.

So,these are only possible ways through which you can het your challan back if possible; otherwise no ways.
