Actually your memo is not required for any job purpose, your Original Mark list is required anywhere and for any job.  If you want to apply any job Intermediate and 10th mark list is required.  For Defence Academy it is necessary to submit that you can use your Memo it may be anything if they ask original you should need to submit it.
