If you have lost your NEET Score Card 2019, there are multiple ways to retrieve it.

1- Try to log in to the NEET candidate portal on the official website of NTA. Use your application number and password to log in again.
2- Contact NTA and write your query to email neet@nta.ac.in (mailto:neet@nta.ac.in) or the helpline number.
3- If you still don't get your scorecard, you can file an RTI application.
