You haven't mentioned much details like you lost the username and password for which entrance exam, check out your registered contact details such as email id/mobile number, generally at the time of registration candidates receive these at their registered contact details, if the login page has option of forget user-id, then you can follow the instructions accordingly or the security question too might help regarding this which upon answering you will receive the login credentials at your registered contact details, if nothing helps then perhaps you need to reach out to the helpdesk regarding this.
