i am lost my username and password

Listen , You have not specified which user name and password you wants to recover this is about college or about any app, Because in In every website there is an option of recover the Username and Password .

And at the time of registration in most of the website they ask for the Email  , Registration of Email id is compulsory in most of the website.

So, you should check your Email id which you have registered at the time of registration.

Or in most of the website they also provide helpline number you can also contact with them.

There are many ways to retrieve your user ID and password from your registered number and E - mail I'd. There is an  always button/o ption to forgot password and username in the user interface. Press the button and you will recive an opt to you register number / mail to reset your id & password. As you not mentioned thev exact details. So it's difficult to say about anything.
