According to the NEET Eligibility criteria, you should have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individualy in the qualifying exam and you should score a minimum 40% marks in aggregate in physics, Chemistry, Biology in your Class 12th or HSC examination.
Also, according to the criteria for age limit, you can apply for the exam.

Fee structure vary from college to college. Fees of government colleges is less as compared to private medical colleges. If you want to know the fee of any particular college then you can mention the college name.
