Yes, you can do commerce degree with science background. Like engineering and medical stream there's no particular eligibility criteria, all the stream students can get admission in b.com, bba, ba courses.

Now, if you want a career in any busines related field / bank related fields / want to work in MNC's , opt for z
B.A or B.com, if not choose BA if you have any plans for government/ UPSC examinations.
