As per the eligibilty criteria of NEET,  candidate is required to complete 17 years of age either at the time of admission or else on or before December 31, 2019. The candidates belonging to unreserved category must not be more than 25 years of age to fulfil the NEET eligibility criteria 2019.

Dear Niyasa, NEET 2019 was already conducted on May 5th 2019. Either ways you wouldnt have been eligible for NEET 2019 because you were few months short of 17 years. For appearing in NEET, you should be atleast 17 years by December 31st of the year of admission. You will turn 17 years in 2020 and you can appear for NEET if you fulfil the academic eligibility criteria.

Sorry dear but you are not eligible.
In neet there's no limit for maximum age , I mean there's no barrier for maximum age but yes there's age barrier for minimum age.
Minimum Age Requirement for neet 2019 is student should be at least 17 years as on December 31, 2019.
