Yes a candidate is eligible for Direct Admission to the Second Year of the B.Sc (I.T.) degree course if you have completed your Diploma in Computer Engineering after 10th grade.

But there is one condition that the candidate's university should be recognized by the Board of Technical Education or any other recognized Government Body. 

As you have already completed your Diploma, you should also look for various Degree courses.
