Firstly finish your class 12th with good marks ,it will boost your confidence ,then do your graduation from distance or regular mode ,your choice ,but it is better to do graduation from distance mode so that side by side you can prepare for upsc through coaching ,it is best option from my opinion ,after preparing for 2_3 years ,at the age of 21 you become eligible for upsc cse exam .
