see cutoff score changes year to year, and it depends on lot of factors like question difficulty level, number of participants, seat matrix in psus hiring , etc, see for chemical engineering there is only vacancy comes in iocl, ongc, nhpc etc, however you have moderate chances to get calls, if the number of vacancy increased this year , you may have chances.
