Hi Swati,
With a score of 524/720 and being from the UR category, your rank might be anywhere in the range of 12,000-13,500. As seen by NEET 2018's cutoffs in Bihar for students with 85% state quota, the closing marks were 533/720 at a rank of around 11,250. You're running very close margins and it is quite evident that your marks might fall short by the time of NEET 2019 results. I'm sorry but my opinions regarding your Government MBBS college selection with this score is quite negative. But do apply.
