If you want to get into top government colleges you need to take JEE 2018 test.  So that by depending upon your rank you can join in top nit's and if you're qualify for JEE advanced then by depending on your rank they will give you seat in IITS.

You should apply for JEE. Almost all govt. colleges including NIT Jamshedpur accept JEE scores.
You may also apply for Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE)
