Yes u can apply for jj medical college but from all india quota in neet. Total there are 30 seats in jj for all india and cut off is also high for jj medical college

J J College in Mumbai is for Architecture and admissions are only though MHT CET on the basis of NATA scores though JEE Main Paper 2 has also been considered. The seats are available only to Maharashtra students so sorry, you cant get admissions there.
