With your marks, you could get a course at the nit in your home state. If you are extremely confident abput yourself, sit for another year. But generally it is not recommended.

If you're confident that you'll study hard and stay away from distractions, go ahead. With a year of preparation, I've seen friends getting double their marks and also seen some getting lesser than the previous year. In the end it all boils down to how sincere you were in the said year.

Join some coaching institute for you'll get supervision over your preparation, keep giving mock tests and evaluate yourself after each.
