M getting 63(Obc-ncl) this year in Jee mains......Is it OK for me to stay and try next year??

If you want you can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
If you are determined to get admission in NITs and IITs only then you can take a drop and prepare for next year.
