Well, securing 382 marks in NEET  may not be enough for getting admission into a government medical or dental college in Uttar Pradesh. But there are chances of getting private colleges in UP through counseling process. But since you're a resident of Rajasthan, you must apply for colleges in your home state so that chances of getting admission are high.
