There are a number of courses you can opt for after class 12th with commerce as your subjects. You can go for Diploma courses as well as UG courses and further go for PG courses for higher studies.

Here is a list of some UG courses:

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) / (B.Com Hons.)

Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

Bachelor in Business Management/Adimnistration (BBM/BBA)

Other courses include:

Chartered Accountancy (CA)

Chartered Financial Analyst Program (CFA)

Company Secretary Program (CS)

Also there are some integrated courses like BA LLB and BBA LLB you can cosider them if you are interested in LAW.

For Commerce as such no national level entrance test is there but different states and different universities have their own entrance exams for admission into coleges and universities. Also some grant admission on the merit basis. So you need to check with particular college university you ae interested in.
