Well it will be comparitively difficult for you to understand since you are already unknown with the basics. You can do crash course of some selected subjects which were mainly about commerce tought in 11th and 12th std for a better understanding.

You're taught most of the important basics of accounts in clasa 11th. So if you decide to change your stream to commerce in 12th you will have no spend extra effort to catch up with basics of accounts taught in 11th. Once, you're done with that you will be able to manage it. You will not have any such problem  in Economics, business studies or any other subject. Make sure that you put effort for accounts as your 12th performance and in future too will depend on the basics. Other than that it is manageable.
