Don't feel that much low, start collecting the positivity, try to get over the past as it can only get yourself into depression. You need to fight that negativity by yourself and get yourself out of it.

Put all your energy and effort to the upcoming examination and attempt it with full determination. Some paths are mean to be travelled alone, don't feel low that you don't have friends, i know it's hard to deal with such situations but you to overcome this and show everyone who thought that you can't make anything

You can follow some tips for NEET examination:

• Follow the NCERT books strictly
• Revise all the topics thoroughly
• Highlight the important topics for last minute revision
• Stay away from negativity and distractions
• Attempt more and more questions to boost up your confidence level
• Attempt 2-3 mock tests and previous year papers

I completely understand your situation. Sometimes, it's hard to realize that what we have been working hard for hasn't borne any fruits. Eventhough it's hard, understand that it's alright. I understand that you'll feel bad to face your parents but they are parents after all, they'll understand your situation and help you move forward. It is good that you have realized all the mistakes you have made. I would not advice you take another drop but please think about it well before making a decision. Everyone makes mistakes and a few years down the lane these three years won't seem like a big deal. Get professional help if you are facing a lot of guilt. Try to look at this as a minor set back in your life and procced to pursue your passion.
