JIPMER is a national level exam held for 200 MBBS seats available at JIPMER. 150 in Puducheery and 50 in karaikal. Exam is conducted in online mode as computer based test.  JIPMER is conducted on June 2 , 2019. 

As for Your application , There may be various reasons for application form to be not able to be submitted. First off, you need to have to satisfy the eligiblity criteria.
Eligiblity Criteria includes - 

• Appplicant must be Indian Citizen. 
• Candidate must atttain age of 17 on or before 31 december in academic year they're taking exam.
• in order to take JIPMER,candidate must have PCB/Biotechnology studies and English must be studied as core subject in Class 12. 
• All above said subjects must be passed with 60% aggregate. and for reserved category its 50%. 

Other thank eligiblity criteria, You might not be able to submit form if the imortant and mandatory details are incase omitted by mistake. Mandatory details like -

• Mobile number
• 12th standard exam status like appearing or completed
• Name of college/ Institue , Board , City where college is located
• Month and year of appearing/ passed.
• Address
• Exam City preferance.

Also, if you have photo and signature uploaded, make sure it is in JPEG or JPG format and meets the maximum of 80KB.
