If your category is OBC then you need 50% in PCB together. Hence you seem to be eligible.

To be eligible to take the JIPMER Entrance exam you need to pass class 12th from a recognised board and you also need to Score a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in PCB subjects if you belong to the general category. If you belong to the Reserved categories you need to score at least 50% aggregate. Hence you need to calculate your aggregate marks in these 3 subjects- PCB to see if you're eligible or not.
