Absolutely you can take admission in B.Pharma course without having a Biology in you 12th, you just need Physics and Chemistry as a compulsory subject and any any of them from Math's and Biology. You need atleast 45% aggregate marks in your 12th, you can give many entrance examination to get admission in B.Pharmacy course like-

1. WBJEE for west Bengal

2. UPSEE For Uttar Pradesh

3. BITSAT for BITS Pilaani

4. MHT-CET for Maharashtra

5. GUJCET for Gujarat

6. KCET for Karnataka

7. OJEE for Odisha

You can give any of the above entrance exam to get the best college for yourself.
