Hello dear
520 marks is a very good marks in neet but unluckily a student from general category needs a minimum of around 550 to get a seat in Government Medical College.  So dear I am afraid that you may lose  a seat because of 30 marks.
For example, last year marks required in neet for Nalanda Medical College, Patna for general category under all india quota was 552 marks .
thankyou
