I m so upset right now.. can I change my surname from bhqt to bhat ?? while filling form I did mistake unintentionally -_-

Hi, The correction date is over for JEE. It was 4th Feb 2017. Your surname should not be a big issue to create a hassle in your admission. Take proper ID requirements in your counselling. Good Luck.
