Hello Tarun,
Sorry to inform you but there is no course in M.Tech. available in IT branch. For M.Tech. you have to choose any sub engineering stream like VLSI or other computer science and engineering related stream. And also, you have to appear in GaTE CS. Only then you can join IIT in Information Technology related Engineering Stream for M.Tech.
