Though the email id isn't very much important but still u can create an account with the wrong mail id to check for updates. If not possible dont worry it wont have any impact on your admissions.

Email address are not so important but in case they will sent you any email so you will not be able to get that but no worries if you have given your phone no. Then there will be no issue because phone number are most important email are not so important. So no worries. Good luck

As far as concerned, E-mail id is very rarely used to contact the candidates as they have our mobile numbers.

Primary contact is our mobile and then the E-mail id is secondary.

Then also, it is important to fill correct id for further correspondance.

So, I suggest you making a new e-mail id having the same wrong address which you filled in the form. I also have done this and it works.
