same happened and i paid again and that time it was successful but i paid double amount i dont know when it will get refunded ,,raised query with help desk

Hi Aspirant,

As you said that tomorrow is the last date so in that case i will suggest you to do the payment again and keep the receipt of first one which is showing failed and regarding this you have to talk to the CAT's customer service because they are the only one who will tell you about this or they will explain you how you will get the refund or in how many days.
