i have applied CAT and made the payment but the payment status says the transaction has been failed.but the money was deducted from my account.And its already been around 48 hours.What should I do now.?

I made a payment for cat 2020, money got deducted but payment status is still F, now i am confused, do i have to make payment once again, or should i wait some time, to get this transaction approved. I am afraid as tomorrow is the deadline for registration. please help.

Neelima, if it has been more than 48 hours and the payment has not been credited your Application, you will have to make another payment. The first payment will be refunded to your account within 5-7 business days. Sometimes, due to server issues this happens. But do not worry, the amount will be refunded to your account.
