Kiran, the correction facility that NTA has opened is a one time window. If you unfortunately commit any mistakes, they cannot be corrected. Once the correction window has been closed,   NTA does not guarantee that any request for change in information will be entertained. So what you stay enters there. But there are few fields that might effect your merit and few don't. So please do let us know where you went wrong in filling the application form and we shall help you with relevant information.
