Hii!
It is usually not adviced to make changes in NEET UG application form, unless you get an email from NTA for the correction of specific details. But, as you said you have made changes earlier too, you may make changes. But, usually not getting an email to make changes means your application form has been accepted. However, the NEET UG entrance exam correction window is open till 20 July, 2020.
