But if i use it in wbjee the in counselling time they want domicle/Residential cirtificate and i my previous question i said my home state is Bihar and my domicle cirtificate is make and make in Bihar so how can i use obc ncl in any state entrance exam because i want to take addmission in Jadavpur University on the basis of wbjee
