Dear Amrita, earlier 10+2, 3 years Diploma after 10th and International Baccalaureate Diploma after 10 years of schooling were considered as eligibility criteria for NATA. However from 2019, candidates need to have passed their 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Because your qualification is Diploma after 10th and not 10+2, unfortunately you are not eligible for NATA 2019.
