The correction facility for the ap eamcet application form was provided from 4-7 July and since your result has been announced under the general category, it cannot be changed now.
It's like altering the complete rank list to add candidates from general to ews.
The correction facility are usually provided before the examination takes place and need to taken care of.
You can still find out the colleges you can surely get with general category through the link below.
