Hello aspirant , as you have stated that you missed the choice filling time period and still want to get in first round. According to my knowledge that's not possible, but you can surely do the choice filling in second round and make up for it.

For first round it won't be possible as colleges are granted to you on the basis of your choice as well your rank.

If you haven't filled the choices , then they don't have any basis to make you participate in first round
