West Bengal ITI examination form has been extended till the 31st of July of this month. So you can fill it now. Its a state level exam and the form filling is through the online mode itself. Even Delhi and Gujarat ITI form are open as of now. Kindly know the state that you are asking for so that i can guide you better.
