If you have missed your allotment pdf, you can get the same through mail by authorities or can get help neet help line desk.

If your date for reporting at alloted centre is passed then you will be automatically shifted to next round of counselling but your seat will be cancelled which you got in first round. If still uou are able to report at your alloted centre ( in case  if date is not passed) you will be able to get your seat.
