You have missed your EAMCET hall ticket and now the site is not opening. If you have payment ID  number & registration id then go to a net centre and show your payment ID and registration id .They will download and print out a new hall ticket even the slightest not opening. It will be opened soon. Wait for 3-4 days for one week and go for your own hall ticket from the website of the respective institution.
