If due to medical absence you have a backlog, you can appear for the AIBE exam only after you have cleared that backlog and get your final LLB pass result. and then you will be eligible to appear to apply for your next AIBE likely in early 2026.

If you have missed the AIBE this year then you can appear in the next AIBE cycle once you meet the eligibility criteria. Since you are 2022 - 2025 student and have cleared all papers except one backlog then you must first clear the pending backlog from your degree to be eligible.

You can appear for AIBE after completing your law degree and clearing all backlogs
