The details regarding caste certificate needs to be filled accurately as on the basis of that reservation is provided to students. See if that information can be edited if possible then do it.

On the other hand I will suggest you to contact them via mail or helpline numbers and discuss them about your problem regarding your subcategory problem. I believe they will surely help you with a solution. As mistakenly filled subcategory should not create much problem.
