you can apply for internships or training initially at some company to gain some experience and then apply for jobs to get a good salary or you can appear for various government exams such as RRB ALP, SSC CHSL, SSC MTS, SSC Stenographer, SSC GD, Indian Coastal Guard after class12th.

these exams will lead you to some government job.
