Sundeep, there are many Domestic and International BPOs which hire for their respective projects on quite a regular basis. You needn't pay any consultancy fees because the Company that hires you thriugh them pays them a certain margin. It is always good if you can walk in directly to a company for an interview. Any consultancy that requires you to pay registration fees is strictly not recommended.
