When the answer key is released you can check the correct answers ,but for that you have to input few information from your domain ,for example application/registration no. Or application form password.

And check the official website for it.

For getting any particular answer key, you need to go to official website of NEET2019  which will ask for your application number and password make sure you have both the informations before proceeding further. After login into it ,you'll be able to proceed by choosing proper option.
