 As per your query i would like to tell you The cut-off is based on different factors which are given below:

• Exam difficulty level. 
• Number of students appeared for the exam. 
• Availability of seats in colleges. 
• Number of students qualified the exam. 

It's also very category wise.

But going to previous year rank list last rank of first counselling for General category is 477. 

If you are SC category then the chances are really high , but if you are of general then I dont Believe there is a chance for you.So,try for the private colleges, you have a chance there.
