Personally I won't suggest you to join by paying donations because there are lot of colleges out there and you are wasting money. At the end everything depends on student knowledge.

That's fine but to get the admission in this college you need to fill the form and follow that procedure else most of the Universities will not give payment seats unless it is a deemed one.

Write a mail regarding that else have to approach directly and ask for admissions because no college or university will openly provide information regarding payment seat online.
