i paid 1300 to nta for jee mains 1st time my transaction was also successful but not updated so i have to pay again and Rs.1300 deducted from my account on 11/09/19 . I also make query but nothing happened plz help me.

Same thing also happened to me on 07/02/2020 I have paid my application fee but it showing unpaid I also have downloaded my confirmation page but it is not updated on my application page

Shubhang I also have the same problem corrected the form on 1 st April payment done successfully but not updated of rs1950 tomorrow portal will close what to do mow plz help me

Hey there

In case you have done multiple paymensts do not get panic write to your bank regarding the issue and if possible call the costomer service if possible. The money paid multiple times get refunded within 24 hours usually depending upon your bank.
