Hello,

After submitting the JEE Main application form ,you are required to download the confirmation page and keep it safe till the completion of admission process.In case you forgot to download,you can do the same by logging in with your application number to their official website jeemain.nta.nic.in . Under your profile section you will get the confirmation page.
