No, you won't get your money carry forwarded or back of march session

This is because,

The application fee is refundable but to get the refund you must make request during that particular session itself i. e if you didn't want to appear in march session then you should have logged in using your login credentials till the application window was open for march session and then remove march session . In case if you wanted to get your money carry forwarded then you could have selected any of the april or may session after removing march session then you would have got your money carry forwarded to pay the selected session fee but now nothing can be done.
