Dear Soumitra, while there is no time frame as when the refund might be completed, the amount that was paid in excess will be refunded certainly. At this point in time, AIIMS MBBS has reopened its Exam city selecting option so it has to be completed so that the final registration process can be officially closed. May be thats when the refund process will start.
